JailBreak: Silence in Code
Miguel Silva is an elite IT architect hiding a hacker past. His son Leo is a non-verbal autistic boy who maps the digital world in silence. When Russian intelligence mistakes the son's genius for the father's legendary code, the silence breaks.
About the JailBreak Series
The JailBreak series explores the collision of neurodivergence, legacy code, and geopolitical warfare. It follows Miguel Silva, an elite infrastructure architect trying to bury his hacker past ("Kill-Switch"), and his son Leo, a non-verbal autistic boy who sees the digital world as a map of patterns.
When a Russian signal intelligence unit notices Leo's unique code, they mistake the son's genius for the father's legendary past. Now, Miguel must defend his family from an enemy that believes he is hoarding a digital superweapon, when the true weapon is sitting in the backseat, drawing flight paths in a notebook.
Grounded in the reality of critical infrastructure defense (DORA) and modern Signal Intelligence, JailBreak is a high-tech spy thriller that respects the technology. It follows Leo as he grows from a quiet observer in Germany to an active operator salting the digital rivers of Europe.

The Books
Book One — Silence in Code
The Origin. "Silence is not absence. It is intention."
Miguel Silva just wants a quiet life. But when his non-verbal eight-year-old son, Leo, begins writing code that mimics state-level surveillance, the silence breaks. Russian intelligence comes hunting, and Miguel must resurrect his past to save his future.
Book Two — The German Gambit
The Escalation. "They took the wrong pawn. They woke the King."
The FSB kidnaps Leo to force a trade for Miguel's code. But inside his cell, Leo turns the prison into a library, mapping the Russian network from the inside. Miguel assembles a fractured team of ghosts for a desperate rescue.
Book Three — Silent Current
The War. "Don't touch the live wire. Salt the river."
Two years later. Leo has evolved from observer to operator. Using a custom AI "Lattice," he begins corrupting Russian intelligence streams. But when he discovers a conspiracy rigging a European election, he must choose: stay hidden, or expose himself.
Technical Glossary
Leo speaks in code. The JailBreak series is grounded in real cybersecurity and signal intelligence. If you're not a tech expert, this glossary decodes the terminology — from DNS and port scans to Leo's own invented tools.

Excerpt
It started with a blinking cursor. Not a toy or a game. A terminal, open and waiting. That was what Leo chose.
Miguel had left it up by accident, halfway through a config file. Routing tables, virtual switches, something normal.
By the time Miguel got home, nothing looked touched. But something felt off. He checked the logs on the main server. No damage, no alerts. Just a session opened at 02:41 a.m. A terminal accessed. A file created.
Its name was try1.txt.
He opened it, expecting random keystrokes. It was not nonsense. Inside were five lines:
ping 8.8.8.8
traceroute google.com
ip addr show
nmcli connection show
clear
Five questions to the network: Are you there? How do I reach you? Who am I? What's connected? Now erase my traces.
Miguel froze. His breath hitched. This was not a child randomly hitting keys. This was intent.
A nonverbal eight-year-old had navigated a terminal and asked the network questions. Leo had not just touched the machine. He had spoken to it.
